Dynamic, solid growth marks ACHAT Hotels Deutschland for more than two decades now. A success story.

The ACHAT Hotel- und Immobilienbetriebs GmbH, from Hockenheim in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, was founded in 1991.

13 ACHAT Hotels were operated already in 1998. Through the involvement of a private group of investors, an extremely successful expansion could be realised since then.

Meanwhile, 33 modern ACHAT hotels are part of the group, including one hotel in Salzburg (Austria) and one hotel in Budapest (Hungary); the first steps for the internationalization of the ACHAT group.

Goal orientation, focus on the future, results orientation.

The successful development of ACHAT Hotels Deutschland is the result of our consistent goal-oriented, future-oriented and results-driven corporate management, with streamlined structures and clearly defined responsibilities.

The management team analyses and eliminates weak points. Structures, processes and costs are optimised. Potentials and opportunities are recorded and checked. Tailor-made brand and marketing strategies are implemented promptly and target-oriented. Therefore new ACHAT hotels can be opened year after year - in 2016 the ACHAT Premium Dresden will open its door.
